Obesity in America is always a big problem, especially in children. Statistics show that nearly 60% of children in America are overweight or obese and the number is growing. Believe it or not, childhood obesity in America is always a great threat to the future of our children.

Childhood obesity is a serious problem that everyone, especially parents face have. Lack of exercise ? many of our children today are missing the physically active lifestyle they need. Have less interested in sports or in school or community programs. Granted, there are now games that actually require physical activity, but these games are not alwaysthat the children chose to play regularly. Instead, grab a bag of chips, a drink and sit for hours to kill after the alien or to run a 30 yard pass from the comfort of a couch. It is time we put a cap on the amount of time children spend in front of a screen can! Whether television, video games or computer addiction is, children spend too much time to relax and inactive.
