Windows icon to blink like the button on Nokia N8-00 when there is a new SMS, Missed Call, etc [updated]

It would be nice if the Windows Icon at the bottom of the phone blinks just like the Nokia N8-00 when you've got a new SMS or Missed Call and stuff.

For istance, If you don't get the chance to see when the new received SMS at the time it came it would require you to at least click on the lock button.

If the button blink like the N8-00 you just need to look at the phone and know there is new stuff there.
