When Jackie tried to use her computer in the afternoon, she could not get it to load all the way. She kept turning it off and them back on. She finally was able to get online and started searching for answers. She read some information about xp freezing. She decided that it had to be her registry files that were corrupt. She took the advice of the article she read and found a registry cleaner to download and run on her computer.
